About Me

Lin Wong has over 10 years of experience and advanced training, in
negotiations, communications and marketing. Her specialty is
representing clients in the buying and selling of condominiums,
townhouses, single-family residences and income properties for Santa
Clara & Alameda Counties. Even before being a full-time REALTOR®,
Lin was active in real estate and mortgage, helping homeowners
getting the money they need to stop foreclosures without using their
credits or incomes. She's also been helping both homebuyers and
investors alike to obtain 100% financing on their purchases.

With Lin’s extensive knowledge on both real estate and mortgage
sides, her clients normally say “When in doubt, consult Lin Wong”. Lin
knows the importance of “putting the clients first”-building an ongoing
relationship with her clients is the hallmark of her business success.
She does this based on genuine respect and caring, rather than just
making the sale and moving on. Whether offering stage home advice,
or helping her clients with their real estate needs, Lin’s ethic is the
same: down-to-earth advice and up-front honesty.

In order to ensure that her clients receive the most complete service,
Lin is a member of the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS®, the
California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of
REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics
and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing
techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Lin was born in Thailand, “A Land of Smile”. She smiles a lot and that’s
her secret to looking young. Throughout her life, Lin has had the
privilege of living in different places in Thailand and in the United
States. Thanks to this multicultural exposure and further education,
she is better prepared to understand and serve her diverse clientele's
individual needs. Her hobbies include: enjoying music, spending time
with her family and friends, biking, golfing, badminton, movies, reading,
educating herself to better serve her clients and community, and
traveling.
